Professor Joy Browne, Ph.D., CNS-BC, IMH (IV) is an Associate Professor of Paediatrics and Psychiatry at the University of Colorado, Denver, School of Medicine, and Interim Chief of Paediatric Psychology at The Children’s Hospital. She holds dual licensure as a Paediatric Psychologist and a Clinical Nurse Specialist. Professor Browne’s area of expertise is in neurobehavioral assessment and intervention with high-risk infants and their families, as well as systems change toward developmentally supportive and family centred care in both hospital and community settings.
