Dr O’Hare is the Service Design Manager in the Improving Children’s Lives Initiative. His role involves working with children’s organisations (statutory, non-statutory and community) to build their service design expertise, enabling improved planning, implementation and evaluation of children’s services. This is achieved by promoting the use; of what works evidence, logic models and the evaluation of outcomes (using appropriate tools) integrated within a children’s rights framework.
