Lisa Maguire was appointed as Research Fellow (Randomised Controlled Trials and Evaluation Research) in the Centre for Effective Education in the School of Education. As part of the University wide Improving Children’s Lives initiative, Lisa’s post focuses specifically on developing expertise in relation to randomised controlled trials and evaluations in education. Lisa has a degree and PhD in Psychology and since obtaining her PhD in 2006, she has worked in the area of education and evaluation. She has experience of using quantitative methodology with both children and adults.
