Nuala Livingstone is Research Fellow (Systematic Reviews) with the Improving Children’s Lives initiative, based within the Institute of Child Care Research at Queen’s University Belfast.

As part of this post, she has been focusing primarily on developing a research capacity in systematic reviews in order to contribute to the development of the Improving Children’s Lives initiative.

She is currently undertaking a systematic review evaluating the effectiveness of restorative approaches to youth justice with the Cochrane Collaboration, and will also be assisting in other systematic reviews undertaken as part of the Cochrane Developmental, Psychosocial and Learning Problems Group.

Nuala was graduated from Queen’s University Belfast (QUB) with an undergraduate degree in Psychology in 2006 and with a PhD in Psychology in 2010, also from QUB. Her primary areas of research interest are in systematic reviews, childhood development and childhood interventions.
