Project Title: Stress, coping and resilience in parents of premature infants

Supervisors: Professor Fiona Alderdice (School of Nursing and Midwifery), Professor Geraldine MacDonald (School of Sociology, Social Policy and Social Work) and Professor Joy Browne (School of Nursing and Midwifery).

Qualified Feb 2010 (1st class honours). Winner of Florence Elliott Prize for best overall nursing student.

Currently undertaking PhD. Aim of study: To explore the resilience resources which contribute to how parents of premature infants cope in NICU and post-discharge.
