School of Nursing and Midwifery - Lunchtime Seminar: Can Antenatal Yoga Lower Maternal Stress? Findings from the CALMA Study

During this seminar, Dr Newham will discuss the rationale, development and findings of this randomised controlled trial that tested the effects of antenatal yoga and will explain the complexities of testing complementary therapies in pregnancy.
